专家简介

申请人2012年9月就读于江南大学食品科学与工程学院,期间主要从事食品质量安全检测方向工作,主要研究内容包括电化学检测传感器快速检测技术的开发,食品中主要污染真菌毒素、致病菌、过敏原、营养物质等单克隆抗体制备及免疫学检测方法建立与研究,以第一作者在Nanoscale、Analytical Methods,Food and Agricultural Immunology等国际期刊发表SCI论文十余篇,授权国家专利十余项,获得江南大学优秀博士论文。2018年1月就职于江苏科技大学粮食学院,主要从事粮食中真菌毒素降解研究与粮油危害物质检测方法建立研究,研究内容得到江苏省基础研究计划(自然科学基金)、江苏省高等学校自然科学研究计划、江苏科技大学人才启动经费计划等项目的资助,于Food Chemistry等杂志发表论文,并申请国家专利。期间于国家粮食和物资储备局科学研究院挂职工作一年,参与多项市场食品快速检测产品验证评价工作以及参与多项十三五国家重点研发计划项目申报工作;入选2019年江苏省“双创计划”科技副总项目;获得江苏科技大学2019年新兴科技创新培育计划负责人。
